YPP - SURVEY ON THE FUTURE OF HEP
For two weeks, starting July 2, 2001 the Young Physicists Panel conducted a web-based survey of physicists regarding their opinions on the future direction of high energy physics. Results were first shown at both the Young Physicists Forum and at the concluding plenary session during Snowmass. The final results were presented in a formal document to the HEPAP Subpanel on Long Range Planning for U.S. HEP.

The survey is now closed. We received over 1500 responses. Many thanks to everyone who participated!

As of August 22, 2001, the survey results are now public! Both long and short forms of the document presenting the survey results are available (with and without respondent comments). Care to analyze the data yourself? Copies of the data ntuples and code to analyze them are provided below in a variety of formats.
